Complementing a compact three-story, nine-unit condominium, this landscape design navigates a narrow lot in North Cambridge. As the building occupies the majority of the site, landscape treatments are proposed intensively along the street frontage to elevate the streetscape and the resident arrival experience.

The planting design meets the requirements for the Cambridge Green Factor/ Cool Score. The planting concept is derived from a Mosaic that represents the intersection of the diverse landscapes of Cambridge. This Mosaic uses planting as a medium to craft the outdoor spaces, weaving together local ecological textures to define the character of the project.
