This proposed seven-story, 68-unit mixed-use building in the Readville Hyde Park district of Boston leverages the site’s historic railroad context to inform a rustic landscape design. Maintaining full compliance with the City of Boston’s Complete Streets standards, the project provides essential improvements to the streetscape by adding new street trees and utilizing a curated native plant palette.

The development features two distinct roof decks designed with Choo and Co to balance a semi-private and communal amenity deck. The deck programming includes: a fire lounge, trellis, entertainment station, and communal grill stations, offering residents modern amenities at the pace of their choice.
